CleanBox – Google API Limited Use Disclosure

CleanBox complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Gmail and Google Calendar data to provide features inside the CleanBox application.

How We Use Google User Data

CleanBox only accesses your Gmail and Calendar data after you grant permission via Google OAuth.

We use this data to:

• Organize and categorize your inbox
• Provide AI summaries and replies
• Detect newsletters and spam
• Suggest time slots using your calendar (optional)
• Enable reminders and follow-ups you create

What We Do NOT Do

CleanBox does NOT:

• Store Gmail message content
• Store Calendar event content
• Sell user data
• Share user data with third parties
• Use data for advertising
• Allow human access to personal data
• Use Gmail or Calendar data to train models

All processing is done securely and in accordance with Google's Limited Use Policy:

Data Storage

We store only minimal metadata (thread IDs, timestamps, user-created tags).

We do not store email bodies or event details.

User Control

You may revoke CleanBox's access at any time:

Upon revocation or account deletion, all CleanBox data is permanently erased.
