You may delete your CleanBox account and all stored data at any time.

1. Delete from Inside the App

Inside CleanBox → Settings → Delete My Data

(This button will erase your profile, metadata, tags, and preferences.)

This permanently disconnects Gmail & Calendar access.

We will confirm deletion within 48 hours.

CleanBox does not store:

So there is no email content for us to delete.

Your original Gmail messages and Calendar events remain untouched unless YOU choose to delete them manually inside Gmail or Calendar.
